Motorcycle Accidents

Motorcycle accident cases involve riders who are injured because another driver failed to safely share the road. Motorcyclists have very little protection compared to drivers in cars and trucks, which means even a minor collision can lead to serious injuries such as road rash, broken bones, spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, or permanent disability. Many motorcycle accidents happen when drivers fail to check blind spots, make unsafe turns, cut off a rider, open a car door into traffic, or claim they “didn’t see” the motorcycle. These cases require a careful review of the facts to make sure the rider is not unfairly blamed for an accident caused by someone else’s negligence.
